Sooo the other day I was catching up with one of my old friends. She had come down from Montreal to NY to visit me 🙂
As I was cooking dinner for us I remember these are the 5 essential foods that I always try to include with my meals.
These are my testosterone staples! They make sure my sex drive, muscle growth, and energy levels are at there peak!!
So what are these foods?

Let me give you more information about them…
Salmon has the good fats that you need to actually synthesize testosterone in the cells of your testes AND salmon has vitamin D, which has been shown to increase testosterone production significantly in men.
Avocados have mono-unsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats and saturated fats are the two best predictors of high testosterone when it comes to fats so that is why you should eat avocados.
Why Brazil nuts?
Brazil nuts Brazil nuts have zinc. Zinc is very, very crucial for testosterone production because the receptor that testosterone sits o, it attaches too while it is inside the cell and is being transported the fingers of that receptor which are necessary for the receptor to work – they are made out of zinc.
Why Egg yolks?
Egg yolks are a very good source of good cholesterol. Cholesterol is the building block the precursor of testosterone so you need good cholesterol in your diet and that is why you need to eat egg yolks.
Finally… why steak?
Steak is a very good source of saturated fats. Saturated fats one of the two best predictors of testosterone levels so that is why you should eat steak. Steak also has zinc (as mentioned with Brazil nuts)
